This recognition was not only proof of the quality and value of our work, but also the beginning of a new chapter. The successful sale of this software was a clear sign that we were on the right track and that our vision of helping companies through advanced technological solutions was becoming a reality.

This success formed the basis for the development of our current CRM software, Mr. James. He showed us how important it is not only to develop innovative products, but also to create real added value for our users. Our approach to cloud invoicing software, which focused on delivering value, inspired us to continue and perfect this journey.

When we started developing our cloud billing software, we had a clear goal in mind: not just to create software, but a solution that really moves companies forward. The real challenge, however, was not only making potential users aware of our software, but also convincing them that it was an indispensable tool for their business.

The key to success: creating added value

Our approach was simple but effective. We decided to send regular emails to those who signed up for a demo version of our software — not ordinary promotional emails, but messages filled with valuable tips on how to use our software efficiently and profitably. We made sure to send a maximum of one email per week so as not to overwhelm our users but to support them.

Results that speak for themselves

The results exceeded all expectations: 17% conversion rate. But even more important was the positive feedback from our users, who saw in our software not just a tool but a partner.
