Fulfillment fees and conditions

We offer a comprehensive fulfillment solution that allows you to securely store your promotional items with us and send them to your defined recipients as required. In this article, you'll find a detailed overview of our pricing structure to help you plan and budget.

Item types and their dimensions

To ensure that you select the appropriate category for your products, please note the following dimensions and weight limits:

• Medium-Letter: Suitable for items with maximum dimensions of 35.3 cm x 25 cm x 2 cm and a maximum weight of 500 g. This category is ideal for flat objects such as documents, brochures or lightweight clothing.
• Big-Letter: Designed for larger but still flat items with maximum dimensions of 35.3 cm x 25 cm x 5 cm and a weight of up to 1000 g. This option is suitable for thicker catalogs, books or packaged textiles.
• Small-Package: This category is intended for smaller packages that do not fall below 15 cm x 11 cm x 1 cm and do not exceed 35 cm x 25 cm x 10 cm, with a maximum weight of 2 kg. Perfect for smaller boxes or packs of gift items, electronics accessories, or other small goods
• Medium package: For larger items, we offer the medium package option with minimum dimensions of 15 cm x 11 cm x 1 cm and maximum dimensions of 60 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm, also up to a weight of 2 kg. This category is suitable for larger boxes that contain shoes, larger electronics or several smaller items in one package, for example.

Please note that these dimensions and weight limits are to help you choose the most appropriate category for your items and ensure that your shipping process is as efficient and hassle-free as possible. We will be happy to answer any specific questions or uncertainties regarding the suitability of your items.

Inbound costs

We charge a flat rate of 5 EUR for every submission of your items, regardless of the quantity or type of item. This fee covers the costs of receiving and storing your items for the first time.

Monthly rent

The monthly rent for the items stored with us varies depending on the type of item. Here are the prices per item per month to help you calculate storage costs:

• Medium-Letter: 0.25 EUR
• Big-Letter: 0.30 EUR
• Small-Package: EUR 0.35
• Medium package: 0.42 EUR

These fees are valid for the length of time your items are stored in our warehouse and provide a flexible and scalable storage solution for your business.

Outbound costs

The costs of handling and shipping your items to recipients also depend on the item type. These fees include all handling and shipping costs:

• Medium-Letter: 4,60 EUR per item
• Big-Letter: 6,55 EUR per item
• Small-Package: 8,99 EUR per item
• Medium package: 9,79 EUR per item

Please note that currently only quantity 1 can be used outbound and prices vary depending on the size and weight of the items.

Important information

• Delivery area: We can only deliver your items within Germany.
• additional costs: All prices listed above exclude 19% sales tax.
• Item restrictions: Please note that we cannot store or ship dangerous goods or food. The items must also be suitable for storage between 5 and 35 degrees Celsius.
• liability: We are not liable for transport damage, either inbound or outbound.
