There are different visitor numbers in Lead Explorer. The line chart above shows a different number of users than when the total number of visitors is displayed in the “At a glance” box. What is the reason for this?
The line chart above shows the actual number of visitors for the specified period, e.g. the number of visitors for the respective day. The “At a glance” box, on the other hand, always shows the number of last visitors within the last period. For example, if the scale is set to “day”, you will find the number of visitors in the last 24 hours and not the number of visitors since midnight on that day.
This was implemented in order to be able to make a comparison with the previous day. Otherwise, the number of visitors would always be lower than the number of visitors from the previous day, because up to 23:59:59 a shorter period of time would be taken into account for the evaluation than in the comparative period.
